Establishing and defining the particular requirements in close collaboration with the client and other parties involved.
Formulating alternative solutions in terms of affordable standards, bearing in mind the availability of funds.
Evaluating the alternatives, once again in collaboration with the client and other parties involved, and selecting the optimum solution.
Implementing the selected solution within the constraints of available time and money.
Monitoring the implemented solution and ensuring that it conforms to the clients’ expectations.
In the execution of these principles, AET’s Engineering strives to provide service excellence, maintaining personal contact with the client and providing a support service after completion of the project.
